Bollywood’s Mr.Perfectionist ‘s daughter, Ira Khan organized a charity football match yesterday at the Cooperage ground, Mumbai. Abhishek Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Imran Khan and Hrithik Roshan played for fundraiser for the TIGI Foundarion for animal welfare. Other celebs who were present to cheer the teams were Sohail Khan, Imran Khan, Rahul Bose, Kunal Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Elli Avram, Hazel Keech, Kiran Rao and Aamir’s little son Azaad. But the highlight was Salman Khan who later arrived with ‘Kick’ co-star Jacqueline.
Salman Khan who is known for his friendship and kindheartedness has made sure that his appearance will benefit the charity event.
Aamir’s team wore Red while Abhishek’s team wore Black. It was an interesting match in which Aamir’s team best Abhishek’s team by 4-2. The Foundation TIGI- Trust in goodness inside is also the name of Ira’s beloved cat. Foundation which began in 2012, was funded by Nuzhat Khan – a psychoanalyst who fostered more than 100 animals at Ira’s Pali Hill residence.
The match wasn’t just a fundraiser but also has a special campaign that anyone can get involved with which Ira speaks about, “We have over 10 different contributor-rewards for all levels of contributions which includes an opportunity to participate in the match, work-out with Imran Khan, hangout with Aamir Khan on the sets of his new film and many more”
Sounds quite exciting and looks like many people would want to volunteer for this one.
